Refund Policy

  • We will gladly accept any undamaged and unsacratched glasses within 7 Days of purchase for a refund or an exchange.
  • Customer needs to return the parcel through any courier on his own expense to our address. 
  • Delivery Charges will not be refunded. 
  • Refund requests will be processed within 2-3 working days after receiving the return products.

Steps to follow

1. Repack Parcel

Make sure that the item should be packed safely. Damaged item will not be accepted.

Write Information: Your name on the order by which you place your order, your phone number and further details of order like order number.

2. Ship to

Customer needs to return the parcel via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to the following address:

3. wait call from our customer care

When we receive your parcel, our representative will call you, and then we will exchange/ refund you in 2-3 days.

For Customize Glasses Refund Policy

The extra amount of prescription will not be refunded. Only the Frame amount will be refunded. This rule apply only when the prescription is right and customer doesn’t want it for any possible reason.

If the prescription is right, then the lense amount will be deducted.

  • For Screen/Transition Glasses 1000Rs will be deducted.
  • For Screen+Transition Glasses 2000Rs will be deducted.

If the prescription is wrong, then the company recheck it, and will refund the entire amount.
