Finding the right glasses size is essential for comfort and style. Follow these simple steps to measure your frame size accurately:
- Stand straight in front of a mirror with a ruler.
- Hold the ruler horizontally across your face, slightly below your eye level. Ensure the ruler is straight.
- Measure the distance between your temples (marked with blue dots).
- Note down the measurement in millimeters.
If your measurement falls between 134mm to 137mm, you have a Medium frame size.
